Chapter 4 Energy and Stability

I have no shadow of a doubt that any man or woman can achieve what I have if they only make the same effort and maintain the same hope and faith.

Gandhi

What components create or maintain stability in anything? What makes a tree, a house, a tent or a car stable? What do we do to keep something from collapsing? Of course, there are many possibilities, but the key principle is to strengthen the base: the foundation or root system. Sometimes it's a matter of expanding, sometimes deepening, sometimes strengthening helps.

Human beings are much more dynamic than houses or cars. Like plants whose root systems need to be nourished to ensure the growth and productivity of their branches, we need to constantly and carefully keep the balance or energy base strong, well tuned and vibrating. We can use attention to achieve greater stability and maintain a sense of being in touch with our core.

How to learn to direct attention to self-empowerment.

When our attention is focused and uniform, our ability to function is enhanced. In fact, phenomenal things can happen. We've all heard the story of the grandmother who lifted the car to save the child, or the boys who moved the tractor to save the father who was hit by it.

Energy is like light. Being scattered, it gives pleasant sensations. When energy is concentrated, it is like a laser, the most powerful tool we know. We have the ability to both disperse energy and concentrate it.

Energy follows attention

Energy tends to where there is the most admiration, clarity, intensity. Energy follows attention. Whatever you focus on, the energy will follow. By focusing our attention, we can stabilize ourselves. There are times in our lives when we feel inspired and know what we want. Other times we are confused and confused. In such a turbulent time, we can arbitrarily choose some quality to strengthen ourselves and shift our attention.

In addition to establishing neutral basic stability, one of the first steps along this path is the ability to say what we want and where we are heading. For most people, those who are not on the path and those who do not attune themselves to the positive, attention and energy are focused on the negative aspects. By using basic practice and adding qualities, we turn our attention to a state of balance and stability.

The experience of the beginning student illustrates how energy follows attention.

When I first got to Wendy's classes, I was training for rowing competitions. I was a strong but not endurance athlete and was extremely focused on my lack of endurance. While rowing, I often heard my inner voice screaming hysterically: “I don’t have enough stamina.” When discussing rowing with others, this negative mantra came to express my self-esteem.

One day, on my way home from work, I was thinking about my lack of stamina, and it dawned on me: “Energy follows attention!” Then I asked, "What am I doing with myself?" From that day on, I began to ask, “If I could have more endurance in my life, what would it be like?” Because I was physically involved in rowing, I felt a bodily sensation in response to the question.

As I trained, I added additional qualities to rowing. By asking, "If I could have more power in my life, what would it be like?" I released hidden reserves. The most important achievement, however, was the realization that I can get rid of the panic that can suddenly seize me in the water.

Decorating the main practice

Energy follows attention: whatever we put our attention on, the object will develop and grow. Our neuroses can be quite fickle and confusing in many different ways.

They can appear as living bright pictures or be awakened by some sounds and smells. Our neuroses tell stories about being the best or the worst. They can say that we are right and the other person is wrong, or vice versa, someone is right and we are wrong. The “if only…” style allows neuroses to tell stories about what we should do. Neuroses often have an obsessive quality, like a looping musical recording repeating the same line over and over again.

It's hard to focus and stay balanced when all these wild scenarios are unfolding within us. This complexity is simply the reality of our practice. It's as if we were in a room with a giant color movie screen controlled by our neuroses, and below it was a tiny black and white TV showing our main practice. Both would compete for our attention. It's hard to watch this little TV when it's so easy to turn to the big bright screen. So part of the challenge is to decorate our main practice in such a way that it becomes interesting enough to hold attention.

To get back to yourself, you need to be inventive. The more energy we put into practice, the greater the richness of the sensations of returning to ourselves. We can ask about our breath, the field, the feeling of gravity. The goal is to keep attention at home. Basic practice, for example, can be a quick and easy technique for assembling and stabilizing oneself, it can also be extended and developed into meditation practice holding attention for a longer period of time. I developed a personal meditation based on the basic practice, using spiral breathing to clear and increase energy.

Spiral Breathing Meditation

I begin by imagining that my feet are open and that earth energy can be received through them. Breathing in, I imagine that I am drawing in the energy of mother earth. Inhalation moves counterclockwise. When I exhale, the breath goes clockwise back to the ground. Inhalation is associated with cleansing. Exhalation is associated with gaining strength.

In order to focus on breathing, I use nine body zones. Cleansing and strengthening each individual zone requires one to five full breaths. This number depends on my feeling of strength or health of a particular zone, as well as on the ability to focus. If I feel distracted, then I take three to five breaths to focus my attention in the right area. When I lose concentration in any of the zones, I return to the beginning or take additional breaths to focus my awareness.

I begin the spiral breathing meditation by inhaling, drawing the breath in through the feet and turning counterclockwise at the shins. I think of this part of the breath as clearing the ankles. As I exhale, I focus on bringing my breath back through my shins, this time in a clockwise direction. I move to the knee joints, imagining that the breath is twisted into a spiral there. With each exhalation, I imagine my knees getting stronger. Attention moves to the base of the pelvis and genitals as the same process is repeated: inhalation cleanses, exhalation strengthens. The next point is the hara, or belly, where I repeat the process again, drawing in the breath from the earth and spiraling it around the belly. Then I move to the solar plexus and continue the same breathing pattern. From the solar plexus I move to the heart, then to the neck, then to the center of the head, behind the eyes. Finally, I draw my breath to the very top of my head, and it spirals into the sky. The exhalation descends from above, spiraling through the body and strengthening my entire being.

After finishing this part, I relax and let my breath flow naturally. But even when I'm relaxed, I still retain awareness of the clearing inhale moving counterclockwise and the empowering exhale moving in reverse.

After being in a relaxed state with normal breathing for a while, I sit down as if waiting to hear or feel something, sinking into a state of “not-knowing”. If I see, hear, or feel something, I notice it and return to a state of openness. I find this state of being very helpful in breaking down preconceived notions about the immediate future.

When I feel it is time to end my meditation, I switch to breathing. I inhale upward in a spiral, clearing, and exhale downward in a spiral, strengthening. I check the perimeter of my field in all directions: front, back, right and left, top and bottom. Then I switch my attention to the feeling of heaviness or lightness. I spend time awakening quality. At this moment, I open my eyes, get up and start moving. Sometimes a feeling or experience gained during meditation stays with me, sometimes it slips away.

With regular practice, our experience will grow and become a viable functioning part of ourselves. Experience can balance us, helping us to be tolerant of those or other features of ourselves that make us uncomfortable. Meditative practice gives us a foundation from which we can openly look at ourselves and work with ourselves. This is a ritual, in the sense that we put a colossal meaning into it. We practice again and again to collect and strengthen the energy pattern. It is both something sacred and something everyday - on a daily basis, we practice the sacred concentration of presence in this or that moment.

Stand your time

The universe is dynamic, its energy is always pressing on us. As soon as we become able to manage one aspect of life, another challenge arises as an opportunity for growth. But our goal is not to become stable once and for all, but to stabilize in the moment. To clarify this, O-Sensei said, “This does not mean that I do not leave the center. I'm coming back so fast no one can see me." The idea is to become proficient at coming back, not stuck in one place. Developing the ability to return has benefits. The more often we practice returning to the center, the more we are able to center ourselves in everyday situations.

When we are united and able to feel ourselves as a force, it is sometimes scary. Feeling empowered can become an identity crisis. We tend to self-sabotage and revert to old patterns. The idea of unity, the capacity for tolerance and the embodiment of actual experience is a long-term, life-long practice.

I encourage the acceptance of lengthy practice and this kind of activity. There is nothing instant about them. Insights can be momentary, but there is a difference between experiencing an insight and living an insight. If one insight were enough, then all people who take hallucinogens or write books about personal development would be happy and enlightened. But it's not. Illumination does not necessarily lead to an incarnation experience. Indeed, experiencing insight and then having the body react in a different way can be quite painful. We need to understand that conscious incarnation is a continuous process integrated into our daily lives.

Establishing a formal practice helped me a lot. It is formal in the sense that I do it every day at a set time. I stop and shift my attention to the breath, feel my field in front, behind, left, right, above and below, pay attention to the feeling of gravity, and then awaken the chosen quality.

For anyone interested in conscious incarnation, I recommend doing the basic daily practice three times a day at a set time. For example, after waking up, before going to bed and somewhere during the day. If you eat at the same hours, then the time before or after a meal is great. For me, morning best time for the practice of spiral breathing meditation. This sets the tone for the entire day and can even be included in the schedule as an early rise.

Ritual meditation practice is essential for conscious incarnation. We agree to meditate for a certain amount of time: three, five, ten minutes or more. Significantly spend a real amount of time. Our practice should be guided by what we can really do. It takes time to build and carry out a meditation practice.

Practice is an essential part of spiritual growth. To get a diploma of higher education, you need to spend a certain amount of time. To experience the benefits of calming the mind through meditation, we must dedicate a certain amount of time and effort to daily practice. Things of value take time. It takes time to build muscles, build a house, or earn a Ph.D. Yes, time is needed, but if we do the work, we will see the benefits: a strong, capable body, a house to live in, a Ph.D. Sometime you have to start. Today is the best day.

All of us know this word - intuition, supposedly guess what it means - a mysterious sixth sense, often use it in our vocabulary - my intuition told me ..., or something like that. And that's it.

I used to, like all of you, thought about it the same way or almost the same way. But, now, after a trip to Altai, I was driving a car and suddenly a stream of thoughts flew to me ... one word clung to another, then they lined up in a sentence and suddenly it hit me! I suddenly clearly understood what intuition is ... And now, in order.

As a child, I read detective stories, where investigators solved the most complex crimes with some kind of sixth sense and slowly envied me. Intuition - here, I would like the same.

I remember well that for the last 5-6 years I have consciously caught myself feeling people at a distance, viewing events. Increasingly, long before the upcoming trip, I can scan and clearly see the dates when it is best to take it. And as it turned out later, it was on these days that the weather was excellent, sunny, and in my horoscope I had a prediction: Libra is better to spend this day with friends on a trip or outside the city. It amused me: Well, such a coincidence happens!

Then these coincidences grew into a pattern.

Now I remember how I tried to explain to the girls every time that I feel this or that, literally, with the cells of my body, I scan through my heart: yes, no? And, as a rule, was not mistaken. Then it began to intensify, I could automatically scan any conversation, feel the right answer, see the development of some event, the pictures were somewhere in my head, inside it.

The interlocutor asks a question, I don’t even need to weigh: yes or no? The answer comes automatically, sometimes I don’t think for a second, it just “shoots” out of me. I feel the answer with every cell of my body, the main impulse passes through the central part of the chest. Well, there it is... I used my skill already out of habit, without thinking.

And so, I’m going ...))) I don’t have any thoughts in my head (I’ve been cleaning the mental field for a long time and successfully), suddenly one word flew in - “intuition”, followed by another - “I feel with every cell of my body” ... Understanding began to grow “I feel everything with my whole body.” And, suddenly, like a flash - Intuitive body! Do I have an intuitive body? Somewhere I heard this phrase! What does it mean? What is the body? Sounds nice – intuitive body… Do I have an intuitive body??? You have to look online to see what it is.

In the first years of our awakening, we actively read, studied our chakras, energy centers, then we went further ... But it turns out that it can be useful to return to old information and see - read it from a different angle of your awareness.

REPOST

Fourth in a row subtle body called spiritual or intuitive. Some define it as a karmic body. Although in fact the karmic aura is a separate layer. The spiritual body is the most subtle of all bodies, operating at the highest possible frequency. Not everyone's intuitive body is developed. For some, its development stopped in the middle, for some it did not move away from zero. For those who have not yet matured spiritually, the intuitive body is not so far from the physical. And vice versa, for spiritually developed people who are aware of themselves and their place in this world, the intuitive aura moves away from the flesh. Moreover, its oval shape approaches a perfect circle. The aura of a mature person glows, protecting other subtle bodies.

The spiritual subtle body is a storehouse of everything that lies beyond the understanding of the human mind. It defies logic and rational explanation. It is through this body that intuitive messages come to a person in the form of insights, sudden flashes of spontaneous thoughts, sensations. Each of us has experienced this more than once. Suddenly we feel that something bad is about to happen today. Or we see a sign from above in some event, while others only laugh at it. Or we have a dream, which in a few days comes true to the smallest detail. This is the result of the work of the intuitive body.

If a person's spiritual aura is balanced, it is easy for him to receive and decipher messages from it. Again, this is done unconsciously. Often we may not even pay attention to what our intuition whispers to us. But our subconscious will understand everything and take the necessary measures.

By the way, if a person who is in the same room with you is smart, honest, sincere, principled, you can feel his spiritual aura. You will have a feeling of calm, complete security, tenderness and love. As soon as you try to move away from this person, this feeling will immediately disappear. This means that you are out of range of his aura.

spiritual body has different shades. If it is healthy, it glows and shimmers with beautiful colors. The spiritual aura is tuned to receive the highest energy from the Universe. That is why it has a very high frequency. In the future, the received information and energy are converted into low frequencies. This helps to bring them to the three subtle bodies that are located at lower levels. Further distribution of energy throughout the body and its perception depends on the state of the energy centers.

Thanks to the spiritual body, we feel unity with God, the Universe, with the animal world, with nature. When a person is in harmony with his spiritual aura, he gains the ability to hear, see and understand everything that exists in the Universe.

Attuning to the spiritual body, a person eventually begins to understand why he came to this world, what his goal is, what he must do in a particular incarnation. Answering all these questions, understanding our lives, our souls, we accept the laws by which the Universe lives. The one who has managed to understand his spiritual body is overwhelmed with boundless love for all living things, self-confidence, calmness, wisdom.

The spiritual body is firmly connected with another one - the karmic one. It reflects all the information regarding our destiny on this earth, past incarnations. Manifestations of karmic debt (that is, what follows us from past incarnations) are visible to the naked eye. These are serious physical defects, birth defects, mental disorders, poverty, from which it is impossible to get out, actions that lead a person to commit crimes. Some people believe that our whole life is predetermined. Everyone has their own karma, from which there is no escape. Partly it is. Karmic debt Indeed, everyone has. But do not forget about the freedom of choice of a person. Each of us can change our karma, ensure that all subtle bodies are healthy and balanced. To do this, you need to work on your subconscious, listen to those prompts that come from above through the subtle bodies.

P.S. I had the realization of another example - the confirmation of the intuitive body. It happens that I am busy with some business, event and the thought persistently knocks in my head: go there ... do it ...

I understand intellectually that yes, it is necessary to do it, but the body seems to resist it. It’s knocking in my head - come on, don’t slow down, get up and do it or - pack up and go ... But I can’t help myself, my body is literally in a stupor. I attributed it to my laziness, like - we are getting old, we don’t have enough strength for everything ...)) But, the most interesting happens later, as a result, it turns out that I did the right thing - I “slowed down”, let go of the situation. Everything always happened in the best way and option for me. Maybe it's also my intuition that manifests itself in this way? And how are you?

And one moment. You noticed how often it began to coincide - you just thought of someone and this person is calling you. Or vice versa, you remembered someone, called, and in response you hear: I just thought about you, I was going to call.

How often do these coincidences happen to you? I have about 80-85%.

From the time when I realized that we don’t have our own thoughts, but only those that we catch or read from the information field, I understood for sure that if someone’s name appeared in my head, it means that this person remembered to me))). Does it happen to you?

My guess is that it has to do with the activation of the pineal gland, which is what we dreamed about and what everyone was striving for. What do you think? I would be glad if you share.

What techniques will help develop intuition?

- Through physics. Through internal cleansing, through the pumping of energy. To make the body more receptive. Physical and energy practices, yoga: physical activity, work with the body, associated with the movement of attention through the body. Feeling the energy in the body, its movement in different parts of the body: when you realize the organs, the internal structure. In this way both awareness and intuition develop. Qi-gong is also suitable. It's important to practice Outdoors, not indoors, outdoors.

- What about nutrition?
Water very important. How to drink and swim in terms of calming, meditation, cleansing with water. Through everything connected with water, through contact with water: waterfalls, baths. The development of general sensitivity is negatively affected sugar. You need to trust yourself in the question: what do I want to eat. Nutrition on the response: in the choice of products. And remember that stable patterns can be broken. You need to listen to yourself, understand what the body wants and asks for..

Where does intuition live inside the body? Where is it located?

- This is the upper part of the chest, in the region of the collarbones. Colorful butterflies, different sizes. More blue. At the energy level, intuition is fluid, blue-silver. She has no shape as such, she is rounded. She flows on her own. A closed system, but it needs a move, like energy that is distributed throughout the body.

Why is she closed? What causes static?

“She was stuck in this place. And because of this, it cannot be distributed freely throughout the body and carry out its functionality. She is held by fear from childhood, up to 5 years.

It is remembered reluctantly and for a long time. Intuition is trapped in fear. Childish fear or fright locked intuition and closed it in itself. But it turns out that it was not my fear. I showed intuition, and someone got scared. So the attitude was formed that it is impossible to show intuition.

We invite into the session the one whose fear holds my intuition. Grandmother comes and says that she did not want me to be like dad: in behavior, in character. On an intuitive level, I knew that what dad was doing was really interesting. In his field, I had growth, the formation of a worldview, I began to be attracted to travel, cities and countries, different people and related stories. My grandmother, by her unwillingness for me to develop in this direction, and by her fear of this, limited me. Please take the fear back. There is no need for it. It limits me, does not allow me to develop. I ask you to take it and I'm sure I can give it away. She takes hers.

Are there any more blocks from grandma?

- Pain in the head, above the eyes. This is care from my grandmother, which manifested itself in the fact that she supported us and took care of our food. It presses on the eyes and blocks vision. There is a sense of weight and pressure. We offer to show care through love. Through the heart. Please take away anything that puts pressure on your eyes. Grandmother agrees to take it, but she hesitates: she says that she cannot love from the heart. He says that he can love only through a claim, through fear, through attachment to himself. Please be neutral. Let's go grandma. We ask intuition to spread throughout the body: we observe how energy is distributed. The right side is felt more. Intuition rises up, down the throat and into the head. From chest to head. Regeneration and restoration of cells: a pulsation and warmth are felt in the area between the eyebrows.

Why doesn't intuition go to the heart?

- It cannot, since the upper part of the chest is separated from the lower one by an unnatural partition, like a shelf in a closet. The shelf is clearly not mine. We invite the author of the shelf. That's not what I expected. The man doesn't look like he used to. But the outer form is the one I remember. He was frightened by his feelings, which came flooding in and were unlike anything that had happened to him before. Feelings you can't control. And the state when you want to be helped and at the same time, so that everything remains as it is. Not wanting his life to change. I no longer need the shelf, it has worked itself out. Please pick up. After that, we clean something from the right side: dark peas that were left as a keepsake. The side periodically hurts, like a spike, like a scar. They are due to the desire of this person to remind himself.

IMPORTANT: memories (in this case through pain and spasms): activation through my pain. My energy goes to this person. It nourishes and sustains him.

I express my intention to be free. We ask him to take what is his and return to me what is rightfully mine. The process is not going smoothly. There is no contract. He understands everything, realizes that this was done out of fear and feelings of affection. We balance, we regenerate. There is physical pain in the body. Correction and harmonization.

IMPORTANT: fear and attachment are degradation. Let them go and evolve, become stronger, and not live off the energy of another person.

Then I realized that my eyes were wet. The face is on fire. And that I implicitly justify this person. I want to say that he did not consciously and not on purpose.

After these manipulations, intuition passes down, down the body. but uneven flow. While the place where there was a “shelf” heals, energy seeps through like a sieve. Gradually passes and in feet, and in hands. Flows like water.

The flow of energy in the arms and legs is still disturbed. Intuition does not fill the whole body. When I do something, I don’t hear myself, I don’t understand what really needs to be done. That is, there is no connection between the head and hands. Jumpers in the area of the elbows in both hands, similar to plaits, dense identical constrictions. It feels like this is what I set myself, I limited myself.

Elbow - as a symbol of a turning point. When I decided that I need to do something, regardless of my desires. Hands switched to automatic work, not taking into account my deepest desires. I remember the time when it happened: after graduating from the institute: instead of traveling and studying, I went to work. Specific day and condition: the day when I left to find out about the internship, about the documents and conditions. But I decided that I should stay and work to support and provide for my family. Responsibility for the family: but she, this responsibility, was aggressive and cowardly at the same time. There was aggression and there was fear: “it’s because of you”, “I am responsible, therefore I will sacrifice my interests”, “I am afraid that I will not be able to cope alone in another country”, etc.

Responsibility for the family is also localized in the body: it remains and causes discomfort. The body feels the lower back, more concentrated in the left side, stones, heterogeneous pieces of something heavy. They have their own function: they hold me, protect me from sudden movements. Positive intention: the stones ground me, but at the same time they deprive me of lightness, freedom to rise, ease in making decisions; there is viscosity, lethargy, inertia. Their presence was necessary: otherwise I could "fly off". Holding in physical body and in the world that surrounds me. City life and its rhythm. If they are removed: I would like to be closer to nature. This is very relevant, it feels like a need, like food. It is important when there is an opportunity to walk on the ground: better sleep, less appetite, lightness and a different feeling of self appear.

If the stones are removed, will I be able to hold myself up? Energy management and grounding?

Growth is about holding on to myself and doing the things that need to be done (such as work or the obligations that life in society imposes on me). Now I can consciously make such decisions. They have been with me ever since to keep me. What is mine is removed easily and painlessly. Feels light and warm.

- The fear of “how I will be there alone”: this emotion can live in the body. Where's she?

- Navel. Fear that you need to be strong, that if you find yourself alone, you will not be lost and will be able to fend for yourself. Being strong is good energy. But fear holds her back. Localization occurs in the region of the navel.

We clean out anything that feels like an anchor or a nail. This is my fear, fear. We restore, regenerate, fill with light.

Two causal stories of harnesses are gone: responsibility and fear. The tourniquets then dissolved. Now energy, intuition, seeps into the hands through a narrow passage. We heal these places so that the energy flows through both hands. Right hand recovered, something prevents the left hand from recovering.

When listening to the recording, I understand that left hand not only was always weaker, but also recent years ten had wrist injuries that felt like chronic pain and stiffness in those places.

No hand sensitivity.

- Why does it give to the left hand?

- Connection with the feminine side, with feminine qualities. With softness, smoothness. When everything in the body is fluid and free, the block cannot live in it. He needs to have something to rely on. You need a certain point of support, rigidity. Where it would be possible to sit down, otherwise it is uncomfortable for him.

“So he uses his body as a source of nourishment?” Donor environment?

- Yes, I am for him a place where he lives and eats. This is evidence that the body has disbalance of feminine and masculine. To a certain extent, the right side of the body feels better, the left side worse. The advantage in the male side gives him support.

We remove the block, regenerate the place, restore it.

When listening, I feel uncomfortable from those details that are remembered ... And if the brain speaks, that this cannot be, it is doubly interesting and surprising to hear it ...

After the eviction of the block, the left hand begins to feel better, the flow of energy has begun. We clean our feet.

Intuition begins to pass through the left leg. It passes throughout the body and spreads to all its parts. After cleaning and removing obstacles intuition needs to be developed. The faster it grows, the further egregors will be from me. Intuition provides security.

We learn to separate what is ours from what is not ours, or to extract information autonomously)

It is also sometimes referred to as intuitive, and some people associate it with the karmic body. The vibrations of this body are much higher than the vibrations of other bodies, and it is the most subtle of them. In many people this body is still undeveloped or only partially developed. For people who have not yet attained spiritual realization, the spiritual body does not extend far beyond the physical body. Do spiritually developed person with awareness, the aura of the intuitive body can extend to a considerable distance, and its oval shape can turn into a perfect circle that surrounds a person with its light.

Aura - Spiritual (intuitive) body

Everything that lies beyond the rational, logical is stored in the spiritual body. Through this body, a person receives intuitive messages, insights and knowledge, and also receives extrasensory information, gains understanding, sees telepathic and prophetic dreams, feels "inside", receives knowledge from above.

The more balanced this body is, the more a person is aware and understands it, the easier it is to receive and decipher the intuitive messages that a person constantly receives, but often does not realize this fact. Or he is aware, but does not pay attention.

The spiritual body can be felt when you are next to an enlightened, educated, just person. Being near him, we can experience a special feeling that passes when we move away from this person for a certain distance and leave the area of distribution of his aura. The aura of such people creates a feeling of love, peace, security and serenity.

The aura of the spiritual body is colored with luminous colors. This body often receives higher energy, which, in order to be assimilated and understood, is converted into lower frequencies that can be perceived by the mental, astral and ethereal bodies. It makes itself compatible with the frequencies of these bodies and helps them gain their maximum high level expressions in their field. How we receive, respond to, and store energy depends on the state of our chakras.

Through the spiritual body, we experience a feeling of unity with life, the Lord, the Universe, with our smaller brothers, as well as with nature. When a person acts from his spiritual field, he acquires the ability to understand and receive everything that exists in the universe.

This body is immortal and it is our Divine spark. Other bodies may change and even disappear during our many incarnations.

Through the spiritual body, we understand the purpose of our life and our calling in this world and in this incarnation. When connected to this conscious body, all actions of a person come from his higher self, and he acts exactly in accordance with the laws of the universe. He is filled with boundless love, which affects his environment. Confidence, wisdom, strength and calmness constantly accompany him.

The spiritual body is connected to an additional body - the karmic one, which contains knowledge regarding our destiny and past incarnations, as well as our role as part of the universal whole.

Manifestations of karma, for example, are physical defects, birth defects, serious acts and crimes against a person, severe mental disorders, genetic defects, hopeless poverty, and so on. Of course, we must remember that everything is predetermined, but we still have the freedom of choice. This means that despite various karmic influences, a person can and must fight to achieve balance in all his bodies. The purpose of karmic influences is to teach a person to cope with a certain situation in the most correct and pure way, directed from above.

Since all auras maintain a close connection with each other, the state of imbalance in one of the bodies has a direct impact on other bodies. This circumstance is very important when we start treating a certain disease or solving a certain problem. Often a physical ailment can lead us to discover the cause of that ailment. But the disease itself can exacerbate the initial imbalance until the cause is eliminated.

When we look at the problem from a holistic point of view, that is, consider the body, mind and soul at the same time, we find that there are no "physical" and "mental" ailments as such. Any imbalance in one way or another affects the various layers and is affected by them. When a person succumbs to some disease, careful examination reveals an imbalance in his other bodies. Often the imbalance is related to the chakra, which affects both a certain mental state and certain physical organs.

As an example - a possible source and development of the problem in terms of its manifestation in various layers.

AT modern world many people suffer from constipation. This is clearly manifested in the physical body and can lead to many complications, such as the accumulation of excessive amounts of toxins in the digestive system, flatulence, chronic indigestion, and so on. When we look at the source of this disturbance in the emotional-mental layer, we find that, theoretically, constipation is an inability to release (this is what actually happens with constipation). It is possible that, by studying the characteristics of a person, we find that it is difficult for him to get rid of everything - from money, from unnecessary things, from past events, and so on. When observing his emotional behavior, we can see that he has difficulty showing his emotions as well - he does not allow himself to show love, anger or any other feeling, or cannot break his dependence on the people he encounters in life, and so on. . If we observe his mental, conceptual behavior, we will notice that he clings to old ideas that he has inherited from his parents or other people and refuses to get rid of them. This adherence to old, unnecessary stereotypes of thinking may well be expressed in the intuitive layer as an inability to perceive new knowledge and ideas, to be open to receiving various messages, thereby damaging its intuitive abilities. Of course, this is just an example (and each person must be approached individually, exploring all his problems and the properties of his personality and organism), but it clearly demonstrates the relationship that exists between different bodies.

Problems or imbalances can arise in any of the bodies, but it is not easy to determine which of them arose before the others - as in the case of the famous chicken and egg question - and, above all, whether there is such a "precedence", since the interconnections of bodies are extremely are cramped.

All these problems, states of imbalance or disharmony are expressions of blockages that occur in the human body. Just as unobstructed blood flow requires healthy, elastic arteries and veins, energy flow also requires free and healthy "channels" without blockages. The correct flow of energy - a natural and even flow - will restore balance at every level and, of course, bring physical, mental and spiritual health to a person.

In the past, various philosophers, based mainly on theoretical concepts, gravitated toward the idea that energy exists inside a person, and from an energetic point of view, a person is a closed circuit, that is, it nourishes and balances itself through its own essential energy. On the contrary, many cultures, religions and thinkers believe that the source of energy is in a huge energy strength, which exists everywhere, constantly and in everything.

Some called this power "God", "Great Spirit", " Cosmic Force"and many other names, including attributing the role of a source of energy to nature (which, of course, is also the embodiment space force, or God). This force gives life to man and affects his movement in the same way as it affects the movement of stars and the rotation of the Earth around its axis, the movement of particles inside the atom. It is this colossal energy that "leaks" into the inner being of man, and the mere fact that it resides within him makes him "Divine" in a certain sense.

This point of view, based mainly on spiritual quests, is the most established among those people who work with energies, see or feel them. The reason for this is simple: when a person develops the ability to observe an aura, he can see how in various situations the person whose aura he observes receives a “flow” of energy of a certain form from an external source. For example, you can sometimes see a line, a ball/balls or a cone of light above the head of a person who is immersed in meditation, contacting or praying.

To receive this energy, a person must be spiritually pure and feel the desire to receive it, as well as the confidence that he deserves this energy. He will be given a certain "portion" of energy (and he deserves it), which at the moment corresponds to his physical, mental and spiritual development. Sometimes people try to get more energy, either by "storage" or "accumulation" as the materialists would say, or by trying to draw more energy into themselves in its purer and more spiritual form. Attracting excess energy with the help of artificial means (such as drugs) leads to a situation where a person is not able to retain this amount of energy. The consequences can be unfavorable and dangerous, as well as if a person does not receive enough energy, which can manifest itself in various states of imbalance, for example, weakness, fatigue, decline in vitality, and so on.

Intuition

The element of Intuition is the energy of premonition, predestination, prediction of sensual and behavioral reactions of other people and situational "ties" with them.

The energy of Intuition initially exists both in humans and in other living beings, especially mammals. In humans, Intuition often atrophies in the course of life if it is not used because of disbelief, because of the preference for concentrating on external manifestations - actions, words, deeds, and not on internal ones, that is, not on one's feelings.

Intuition works and develops to a greater extent, the more a person is turned to his inner Essence, the more fully he realizes himself as a Spiritual Essence, and not as an organic form of life.

Laws of Intuition:

1) awareness of one's own state and one's own sensations - this is the only truth in every moment of life;

2) believe in yourself, your premonitions, and not the apparent logic of external events and words;

3) the more a person trusts Intuition, the more he develops it;

4) without inner silence it is impossible to plunge deeply into the flow of energy of the Element of Intuition.

The Energy of Intuition is the energy that connects our consciousness with our Forces, with our true Essence.

We are all socially conditioned to one degree or another. Intuition tells us what really is what in the World. Human societies replace each other, change - sometimes to the opposite - their laws, the nature of people's social conditioning is changing. What is still quite recently in the pyramid social structure, say, our country, was considered honorable, today they are stigmatized.

But the World remains the same as it was, for it any processes in society are just insignificant local fluctuations of the streams of consciousness fields. For so many people, what is happening to us today seems like a catastrophe, because everything to which they were attached by their rigid social conditioning has collapsed.

But in reality, nothing much happened. The social structure has changed slightly, and the social scale of values is being adjusted accordingly - and that's all. The eternal remains the same. Social conditioning enslaves a person, violates the purity of his contact with himself, with his Forces, with his Spiritual Essence.

Socially conditioned people are very easy to manipulate. Intuition is freedom. A person is all the more intuitive, the less he is socially conditioned. And vice versa - the more a person trusts Intuition, the freer he is and the less his social conditioning.

Often people mistake their life experience for Intuition, but this is not the same thing. In practical matters, life experience, that is, actual possession of information about certain aspects of life, is a good helper. But a person resorts to it through thought processes, through mental analysis. Intuition is something outside the mind.

Through Intuition, our Forces, our true Spiritual Essence, turn to our consciousness.

Intuition is not "seeing" through the "third eye" - the Ajna Chakra.

The energy flow of the Element of Intuition works using the Vishuddha Chakra and the Sahasrara Chakra.

Initially, the ability of intuitive perception is inherent in any Essence. And only we ourselves have the right to decide how to deal with it - to develop it or abandon it.
